Optimizing Health From the Inside Out
It gives me so much joy to share my tried-and-tested detoxes, meal plans, and workouts with busy moms and women like you as you make transformations in your life every day toward optimal health. After becoming pregnant with my first child, I carefully re-evaluated everything I was putting in my body. This led me to my lifelong journey through health coaching certification, and now I’m able to put wellness at the forefront of my everyday life. Putting my daily wellness habits at the center helps me artfully balance my diet, my lifestyle, and being a present and mindful mom.
I combine my certifications as Integrative Health Coach, Integrative Health Practitioner, and yoga instructor to help you do the same. My Story
My Holistic Integrative Approach
As a natural connector and creative at heart, I’ve had a successful career in event planning and event rentals, but ultimately found that what I enjoy most is working 1:1 with women. This focus, coupled with my passion for optimizing hormone balance from the inside out, has defined my practice as an Integrative Health Coach (by IIN) and Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP by Dr. Cabral).
In 2019, I completed my 500-hour yoga training with YogaWorks. My ongoing yoga practice is a piece of my holistic and integrative whole-body philosophy, a way of paying attention to the breath, body, and diving deeper inside.
Then, in January of 2021, my sister passed away suddenly. In the wake of this huge loss, I began to reassess my focus in life and felt a calling toward helping others in a health-based way. I wanted to work with women like me—women in their 40’s and 50’s navigating perimenopause and menopause while juggling the schedule of a busy mom.
My training as Integrative Health Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner informs the transformative lifestyle plans I develop for my women clients.
Together, we’ll focus on your whole world—your body, your lifestyle, and your diet to rebalance and cultivate a sense of peace and health. I know it’s possible because I’ve done it for myself. When we work together, we’ll address hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, self-destructive habits, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back so that we can put your health and well-being back at the center of your life.
