The program costs $1700, you can pay in full or two installments of $850.

How much time to do I need to invest each week into 40 Strong?

You’ll get as much out of the program as you put into it. Ideally you join the hourlong group coaching calls and engage every day in the text thread. The amount of time you spend meal planning and prepping, working out, hiking, and practicing self-care is up to you.
